The anti-theft EAS RFID gate device is used to detect RFID tags that are equipped with EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance). Thus, with RFID tags fitted to items sold in stores, the items can be checked before leaving the stores and alarms will sound when theft is attempted. In other words, employees can be alerted to prevent the products from illegal taking away without paying.
Operating under EAS mode, the anti-theft RFID gate reader can prevent products from being removed from a store without authorization or paying. The smart RFID gate is capable of reading and writing most ISO/IEC 15693 protocol tags such as NXP, TI and PHILIPS. Also, with channel width up to 120cm, the RFID gate reader can detect the tags in all directions, with a tag-processing speed of up to 50 tags per second.
