Cordy Announces Amendment to Credit Facility
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/13 -- Cordy Oilfield Services Inc. ("Cordy") (TSX VENTURE: CKK) announces that it has amended certain terms of its existing credit facility (the "Facility") with its senior lender to extend the term of the Facility until the earlier of: (i) November 30, 2013; (ii) the release date of the next quarterly financial statements of Cordy; or (iii) on the demand of the lender of the Facility. This extension will allow Cordy to continue its ongoing negotiations with a chartered bank for a new senior credit facility on such terms and in such amount to align with Cordy's long term requirements.
