(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ENGLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/13 -- Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AGQ)(AIM: AGQ)(FRANKFURT: I3A) was notified on 31 October 2013 that on 25 October 2013, Mr Tom Bailey's spouse disposed of 200 Common shares of the Company at a price of GBP 0.3815 per share.
Mr Bailey, a Non-executive Director of the Company, is consequently no longer deemed to have an interest in the common shares of the Company.
