Each of the director nominees proposed by management for election was elected to the Board of Directors: Peter Bilodeau was newly elected and Yannis Banks, Richard Cleath, Jeremy Goldman, and Andres Tinajero were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Jean-Pierre Chauvin and Jean-Francois Pelland did not stand for re-election to the Board in order to pursue other business interests. The Company wishes to kindly thank Mr. Chauvin and Mr. Pelland for their contributions and dedicated services.
