Rae-Wallace Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/31/13 -- Rae-Wallace Mining Company (PINKSHEETS: RAEW) ("Rae-Wallace" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 200,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common share and expiring on October 31, 2015, to certain directors of the Company. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four-month hold period from the original date of grant.
