CapMan completes exit from Nice Entertainment Group
Funds managed by CapMan have completed the exit from Nice Entertainment Group as
announced on 23 September 2013. CapMan funds sold their stake to Modern Times
Group MTG AB (publ), an international entertainment broadcasting company.
The completion follows the receipt of regulatory approval from the Swedish and
Norwegian competition authorities. For additional details about the deal, please
