(OTC Pink: BEMG) ("Beta Music Group" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the acquisition of the majority of its shares by EVG Media, Inc. and has completed its change of control. On October 31, 2013, a stock purchase and sale agreement was executed between shareholders of EVG Media, Inc. and certain shareholders totaling 13,711,676 shares of the Company's common stock out of a total of 16,555,315 issued and outstanding shares of the Company's common stock. In connection with the purchase of the shares, a change of control was completed and Edwin Mendlinger resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and as sole officer. Concurrent with the resignation, Jim Ennis was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board of Directors. The company will assume operations as a digital media company providing interactive and digital marketing, social and mobile marketing, strategic media planning, direct marketing and other specialty communications services to promote small businesses to their clients.
