(firmenpresse) - LONDON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/01/13 -- Siskinds LLP today announced the filing in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice of a proposed class action against Pretium Resources Inc., aka Pretivm ("Pretium") (TSX: PVG)(NYSE: PVG), certain of Pretium's directors and senior officers and Snowden Mining Industry Consultants Inc.
The proposed class includes all persons and entities who acquired securities of Pretium from November 20, 2012 to October 22, 2013. The action alleges, among other things, that certain of Pretium's continuous disclosure documents contained misrepresentations concerning Pretium's Brucejack project.
