Deep Blue, Inc. Announces Name Change and Reorganization
(firmenpresse) - STATEN ISLAND, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 11/04/13 -- Deep Blue, Inc. (OTC Pink: DPBL) is pleased to announce the Company will change its name to Bell Rose Capital and will be filing to become a reporting company with the SEC.
The Company will also effect a reorganization and recapitalization which will consist of a reverse split of 1 new share for every 2,062 shares.
Deep Blue, Inc. President Frank Rizzo stated, "The opportunity to deliver shareholder value through the real estate market has never been greater than right now. We are seeking opportunities that are value driven where we will be able to enhance cash flow through rental appreciation and management efficiencies.
