Hamilton, Bermuda November 4, 2013–Rezgen5 Limited, a public company traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange under Ticker Symbol REZG5.BH, announced today that the Company is actively seeking viable alternatives for a Secondary Listing on a major global Exchange. RezGen5 had previously traded on the Boerse Berlin, but was delisted when its specialist withdrew from making markets in several secondary listings.
RezGen5 founder and CEO, Stuart Garret, commented, “ I am very comfortable that we will find a suitable market for the dual listing of our securities in the near future.
