Authorized Common Shares Are Reduced to 1.99 Billion
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 11/05/13 -- (OTC Pink: FMNJ) - Franklin Mining, Inc is pleased to announce that a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member firm recently completed an updated 15c211 filing on behalf of the Company. The 15c211 filing updates a non-reporting company's securities that will remove the need for non-solicitation only quotations once the process is completed. The FINRA member firm and Franklin executives are currently preparing responses to a first set of questions concerning the filing.
