Michael Richards Named Lexpert Rising Star

He also advises businesses regarding their obligations under privacy legislation, including assisting clients in the development of privacy policies compliant with applicable legislation.
Michael is actively committed to the arts, providing pro-bono advice to not-for-profit arts organizations. Two years ago, he was named a "Litigator to Watch" by Lexpert's 2011 Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Litigation Lawyers in Canada.
