(firmenpresse) - ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/13 -- Red Moon Potash Inc. ("the Company" - "Red Moon") (TSX VENTURE: RMK), is pleased to announce the appointment of Sharon M. Dunn, C.A. as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective November 6, 2013.
Ms. Dunn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. She operates a public accounting practice in St. John's, Newfoundland. She has previously fulfilled the role of Chief Financial Officer with a TSX-V listed company.
Dawn Bishop has resigned as Chief Financial Officer - Corporate Secretary to pursue other career opportunities. Ms. Bishop was with the company since its inception in 2012 and we thank her for her dedicated service.
Red Moon is a junior exploration company focused on potash/salt exploration in western Newfoundland. Vulcan Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VUL) owns approximately 60% of the common shares of Red Moon and owns a 3% royalty on the project lands.
