Business Model Generates Over $100 Million in AUM in 10 Weeks
(firmenpresse) - SANTA MONICA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/13 -- Crowdfunding technology provider InvestedIn () announced today the acquisition of My New Financial Advisor () (MNFA), the premier provider of scalable marketing resources to financial advisors and financial intermediaries worldwide. Through the acquisition, MNFA is providing financial advisors with the capability to offer complimentary crowdfunding capital raising platforms to startup companies raising capital.
The platforms offer provides advisors with an invaluable tool to acquire new clients and increase assets under management and entrepreneurs with a powerful capital raising tool. Prior to offering the technology, MNFA worked with SoHo Financial Services LLC (SoHo) to test the business model. Working with companies that have raised at least a Series A round of financing, SoHo generated over $100 million in AUM in 10 weeks.
The MNFA channel partnership with financial advisors comes at a significant time as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) officially lifted the ban on general solicitation, enabling companies the ability to more broadly advertise their offerings to investors.
