Hunt Mining Corp. Announces Continuance from Alberta to British Columbia and Director Resignations

("Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: HMX) announces that effective November 6, 2013, it has continued from the Province of Alberta to the Province of British Columbia (the "Continuance") pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders of the Corporation at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on November 5, 2013. Further details of the Continuance are set out in the Corporation's Management Information Circular dated October 8, 2013 filed under the Corporation's profile on SEDAR at .
Hunt also announces the resignation of Messrs. Scott Brunsdon and Jacques Perron from the Board of Directors of the Corporation, owing to personal reasons and other commitments. The Corporation's Board sincerely thanks Messrs. Brunsdon and Perron for their contributions during their time with the Corporation, and wishes them well in all their endeavors.
