The American Turkish Society Celebrates U.S.-Turkey Ties at NYSE on November 7th
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 11/06/13 -- The American Turkish Society will commemorate the financial and commercial ties between United States and Turkey at a festive benefit gala on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange on the evening of November 7th. U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker and Turkish Finance Minister Mehmet ?im?ek will attend as guests of honor and deliver remarks to an audience of 200 guests including top-level executives from both countries. Süreyya Ciliv, CEO of Turkcell (TKC), the leading communications and technology company in Turkey, will participate with remarks.
Turkcell, venue sponsor, is the only NYSE listed Turkish company. Other companies supporting The American Turkish Society at the top level with their participation in the gala include AIG, The Coca-Cola Company, Sabanc? Holding, and Borsa Istanbul together with the Istanbul Financial Center Initiative. The benefit gala is attended by corporations and individuals committed to fostering U.S.-Turkey partnership and supporting The American Turkish Society's efforts.

The event will take place at the New York Stock Exchange (corner of Wall Street and Broad Street) on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 between 6:30 pm-9:00 pm EST with Cocktails, Remarks, Live Jazz.
Members of the press wishing to attend must RSVP at by 4pm Wednesday, November 6 to attend. All confirmed guests are required to provide government-issued photo identification at the security entrance.
