Epicore (TSX-V:EBN) announces that its Chairman of the Board of Directors,
Philip A.D. Secretan, and its Chief Executive Officer, William P. Long,
exercised 400,000 of their allotted common stock options. The options were
exercised at the price granted, which was Cdn. $0.10 per share. With this
transaction Epicore common shares outstanding increased 1.6% to 25,298,896. Mr.
Secretan's ownership of Epicore shares becomes 1,462,000, which is 5.8% of
shares outstanding. Mr. Long's ownership of Epicore shares becomes 600,000,
which is 2.4% of shares outstanding.
