Pursuant to article 26 sec 1 clause 2 WpHG, BB Biotech AG, Schaffhausen,
Switzerland, herby reports that it increased its holding in own shares to more
than 3% of the proportion of voting rights as of November 5, 2013 (a total of
356 639 shares / 3.01% of the proportion of voting rights).
Thereof, 0.27% of the proportion of voting rights (a total of 31 639 shares) are
held through its wholly-owned subsidiary Biotech Target N.V., Curaçao.
