Fixed Mortgage Rates Rebound Higher

(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/07/13 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing average fixed mortgage rates moving higher for the first time in three weeks amid more positive economic data out of the manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors.



(FRM) averaged 4.16 percent with an average 0.8 point for the week ending November 7, 2013, up from last week when it averaged 4.10 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.40 percent.
