QDiscovery's Managing Partner to Speak at Indiana State Bar Association Technology Symposium
(firmenpresse) - NEW LONDON, CT -- (Marketwired) -- 11/08/13 -- QDiscovery LLC, a premier provider of electronic discovery and forensic technology services, today announced that its Managing Partner Brett Crist will present at the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) Technology Symposium on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Crist will speak during the afternoon session titled "Using Courtroom Technology at Trial." The educational discussion will include mock opening statements, direct- and cross-examinations and closing arguments to explore the current use of technology in court. In addition, a judge, lawyers and technologists will offer guidance on using courtroom technology in real trials.
Founded in 1896, the ISBA has more than 12,000 members including lawyers, judges, paralegals, law librarians, law students and legal and court administrators. As the single largest legal organization in the state, its Technology Symposium welcomes numerous attorneys each year interested in the latest legal technology and trends. Other sessions during the event will focus on topics such as ethical marketing through social media, advocacy in a digital world and data security threats.
