Financière de Tubize holds today a single investment of 66,370,000 ordinary
shares UCB representing 36.2% of the share capital of UCB, unchanged compared to
31 December 2012.
During the period from 1 July 2013 through today, Financière de Tubize
reimbursed the matured tranches of its bank loans. Bank debt decreased from ?
261 million at 31 December 2012 to ? 245 million at 30 June 2013 and ? 219
million today. It is expected that bank debt will amount to ? 226 million at
31 December 2013.
There are no other significant events or transactions that occurred during the
concerned period and require a particular comment. The results of the year and
the financial position shape up as expected.
