(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/08/13 -- Chesswood Group Limited (TSX: CHW) clarifies that its dividend for the month ending November 30, 2013 will be paid on Monday, December 16, 2013 and not Sunday, December 15, 2013.

On November 4, 2013 Chesswood Group Limited announced that its per share dividend will be increasing to $0.065 per share commencing with its dividend to be paid in mid-December.

Chesswood Group Limited has designated its dividends as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
