December 31, 2013
Kiel, November 11, 2013 -- The Supervisory Board member Antje Stoltenberg
is surrendering office as a member of the Supervisory Board of mybet
Holding SE for reasons of health with effect from December 31, 2013.
Antje Stoltenberg has served on the company's Supervisory Board since its
founding in 1998. She was Supervisory Board Chairman for a number of years.
'On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the entire mybet Group I would like
to express our thanks and appreciation to Ms Stoltenberg for her
involvement in the company over so many years,' declared Dr Volker Heeg,
Supervisory Board Chairman of mybet Holding SE.
Mathias Dahms, founder of the mybet Group and outgoing Management Board
spokesman of the company, said: 'With her specialist expertise and skills,
Antje Stoltenberg has contributed greatly to the development and growth of
the company over a period of 15 years. We greatly regret her departure and
wish her well for the future, in particular good health.'
