Wales McLelland Appoints Etienne Theron to Manager of Pre-Construction Services Position

Etienne has been a Senior Project Manager for Wales McLelland for the last 9 years and brings 30 years of experience to the new role. He has overseen multi-million dollar developments across Canada and has broad experience as both a Senior Estimator and Quantity Surveyor (QS). As Manager of Pre-Construction Services Etienne will have an important leadership position coordinating the execution of due diligence and managing the priorities of the estimating department.
