Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 1,064,372 ordinary shares of no par value in Heritage Oil Plc to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange in connection with awards under the 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
