Mr. Willmott has agreed to become more actively involved in the Company and as a result, the roll of Bruce Sanderson as President and CEO has been terminated and he has resigned as a Director. Mr. Willmott has agreed to take on the responsibility of President and CEO on an interim basis during this transition.
