(TSX VENTURE: PIT) ("Pitchblack" or the "Company") announces that Mr. John Taggart has stepped down as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Mr. Taggart for his efforts over the past year as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Daniel Nocente as its Chair of the Board of Directors. The Company thanks Mr. Nocente for his contribution to the Board.
