MAKS 2013: SLM Solutions is exhibiting systems for Additive Manufacturing on the International Aviation&Space Salon in Moscow
(PresseBox) - SLM Solutions GmbH participates in the International Aviation and Space Show MAKS 2013 in Zhukovsky near Moscow from 27 August to 1 September. The company from Luebeck, Germany, shows the Selective Laser Melting System SLM®125 HL on the booth of the Federation of German air and space industry (BDLI).
On the most important Russian Aviation and Space Show, the technology leader in the field of selective laser melting presents the additive manufacturing technology for the aerospace industry since 1999. As a partner of EADS Innovation Works, both the SLM systems as well as new materials are constantly being developed to fullfill demands even higher requirements. The generative manufacturing systems give companies the opportunity to make their production more efficient and to use higher degrees of freedom in product development.
In Moscow, SLM Solutions shows at the booth F3 BDLI the laser melting machine SLM ®125 HL. The compact system SLM® 125 HL produces quality metal components on the basis of three-dimensional CAD data. The most economically operating system is designed for R & D as well as for the production of smaller workpieces. The patented bi-directional movement Loader leads the SLM® 125 HL to the highest construction rate in this class.
