VoodooVox Inc. Announces Debt for Shares Agreements

(CNSX: VVX) ("VoodooVox" or the "Company"), announces that, in conjunction with its debenture conversion announced on September 3, 2013, and its financing announced on September 5, 2013, it has reached agreements with two creditors to settle obligations of approximately $2.4 million through the issuance of 8,474,190 common shares.
