the door to work. Stopping for a minute and eating a banana or a bowl of oatmeal
is a great way to jumpstart both a person's metabolism and energy levels for the




rest of the day.

While many people tend to get their exercise in for the day after work,
executive Len Poikey recommends that some individuals may benefit more from
exercise if they do so before going into work. While this does require that a
person wakes up even earlier before work, they can then go straight home after
work, and not have to worry about battling traffic on their way to and from the
gym. By exercising in the morning, a person will work off any feelings of
grogginess, and be able to approach their day's work with a clear mind.
Exercising early also substantially boosts energy levels for the rest of the
day.
