Goldstrike to Proceed With Option on Plateau Property

(TSX VENTURE: GSR)(PINKSHEETS: APRAF)(FRANKFURT: KCG1) has issued 324,676 shares to satisfy the $200,000 option payment due by November 30, 2013 to maintain the Company's option on the "Plateau" property. The Company's application for consent to issue shares in lieu of making a cash payment was accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange on November 8, 2013 and the shares are subject to a hold period which will expire at midnight on March 8, 2014.
