Detector Purchases Gas Production

(TSX VENTURE: DEX) ("Detector") has agreed to purchase approximately 40 BOEPD of gas production from joint venture partners on Detector Exploration shallow gas prospect at Pembina, Alberta. The funds, $445,000.00 Canadian dollars required for the acquisition are to be arranged through debt financing.
Detector is an oil and gas corporation whose shares are listed for trading on TSX Venture Exchange Inc. under the symbol DEX.
