Leisureworld Announces November Dividend
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/15/13 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX: LW) today announced that the Company's dividend for November, 2013 will be $0.075 per share, representing $0.90 per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on December 13, 2013 to shareholders of record November 29, 2013.
Leisureworld's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial provisions.
