HAMBORNER REIT AG - Sale of a residential and commercial property in
Wuppertal
Duisburg, 18 November 2013 - After HAMBORNER REIT AG successfully disposed
of two smaller, administration-intensive properties in Moers und Oberhausen
from its original portfolio because they were no longer consistent with its
strategy, the company can announce the sale of one more property. The
agreement for the sale of a residential and commercial property in
Wuppertal was signed on 13 November 2013. The property, which has a total
of six rental units and annual rental income of around EUR230 thousand, was
built in 1969 and has been in the HAMBORNER REIT AG portfolio since 1988.
The purchase price was around EUR2.8 million. The property was sold to a
private civil law company with ownership being transferred in early 2014.
