Schibsted ASA (SCH) - Leboncoin is opening a new channel for professional real estate ads

Leboncoin.fr the leading publisher of online classifieds in France, has been
offering advertising services to real estate professionals since 2009. Today,
realtors can publish classifieds ads on Leboncon.fr via two channels: A web-
based channel whereby ads are inserted one-by-one on Leboncoin, and a channel
with automated upload, which is operated by Leboncoin's partner Concept
Multimedia (CMM), a Spir group company. CMM is also acting as sales channel for
this offering.
The partnership agreement is coming to an end on December 31st 2014. As
described in French media, in order to maintain the quality of service and the
continuity of relationship to real estate agents, Leboncoin is opening a new in-
house channel for automated upload of real estate ads. This channel will be
operational January 2014. During the year 2014, Leboncoin's customers will be
able to organize the transition from the CMM-operated channel to the new one.
Schibsted and Spir are in discussions to find a suitable transition agreement,
and the launch of the new channel is expected to generate only limited
additional revenues in 2014.
