Oracle Mining appoints Chief Financial Officer
Oracle Mining de-lists from the OTCQX
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/18/13 -- Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX: OMN)(FRANKFURT: OMC) is pleased to announce today the board of directors has appointed Ampere Chan as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation.
Mr. Chan is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and graduate of the University of British Columbia. He has significant experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Chan articled with KPMG LLP where he led audit engagements for both public and private corporations in the industrial and technology sectors. He joined Oracle Mining as Manager, Corporate Finance and Development in February 2013.
"I have worked closely with Ampere over the past nine months and can attest to his keen attention to detail and ability to rigorously manage costs on behalf of all shareholders," said Mr. Kevin Drover, Oracle Mining's CEO.
The Corporation also announces it has filed notice with OTC Markets to de-list from the OTCQX trading platform. The de-listing took effect at market close today.
