Successful Venture Capitalist, Former eBay Executive and California State Controller Will Join Board of Leading Advertising Software Company

Westly will provide strategic input on corporate and business development initiatives and executive guidance for the firm's growing leadership team.
As a former executive at eBay and board member at Tesla Motors, Westly is a power player in the valley, having guided major Fortune 500 brands through periods of rapid growth and developed key strategies for marketing and business development. Coupled with his business experience, Westly is also a well-known political figure who served as California State Controller and Chief Fiscal Officer from 2003 to 2007.
