Tellza Acquires 8 Million Common Shares for Cancellation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/21/13 -- Tellza Communications Inc. (TSX: TEL) announced today that it has purchased for cancellation 8 million common shares of Tellza Communications Inc., representing approximately 4.2% of the outstanding shares of the Company, at an average price of $0.11 per common share. As in the past, Tellza will continue to buy its shares for cancellation when opportunities present themselves which make such acquisitions in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
The shares were acquired from Company executives and former executives pursuant to an exemption from issuer bid requirements under applicable securities law. Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 183,231,492 common shares outstanding.
