B. Braun files lawsuit to prevent intended partial sale of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
B. Braun filed a lawsuit at the Regional Court (Landgericht) Schweinfurt
yesterday. With this lawsuit, the medtech / pharma company is requesting
that the court invalidate and prevent the closing of the intended sale of
43 hospitals, 15 outpatient facilities and further holdings of
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG to HELIOS. B. Braun is pursuing this action also to
maintain competition in the hospital market.
