Energy Income Fund Announces Special Redemption Price
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 11/22/13 -- Energy Income Fund (TSX: ENI.UN) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce that, with respect to the previously announced special redemption of 400,000 units of the Fund, the redemption price per unit is $4.1324.
As requests for redemptions exceeded 400,000 units, units will be redeemed on a pro rata basis. The Fund expects to pay the redemption proceeds to redeeming unitholders on or before November 29, 2013.
As previously indicated, following this redemption, the Fund does not anticipate any further retraction or redemption privileges being available to unitholders in 2013.
