iSIGN Media Announces an Expiry Extension for Warrants

("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ISD) (OTCQX: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the exercise date for the 1,217,550 outstanding warrants issued in November and December 2010 in conjunction with a private placement and later extended to November 26, 2013.
The 1,217,550 warrants due to expire on November 26, 2013 will be extended to May 26, 2014. There is no change to the original exercise price of $0.30. None of the warrants are held by company insiders.
