MOBILE PHONE XCHANGE TO RELAUNCH UNDER BRIGHTSTAR'S BANNER

Miami and London, November 22. Brightstar Corp. today announced that it is re-
branding its U.K.-based mobile device buyback and trade in subsidiary, Mobile
Phone Xchange (MPX), as Brightstar Buyback and Trade-in Europe. The new name
will be used for all commercial buyback and trade-in services across Europe. The
rebranding is scheduled to take effect by November 25, coinciding with the
company's relocation to new premises in Elstree.
Established in 2005, MPX pioneered mobile phone buyback in the U.K. Today, MPX
is a leader in mobile buyback and trade-in in Europe, and has contracts with
mobile operators and retailers in the UK, Germany, Holland, and Spain.
Brightstar is the world's largest specialized mobile distributor and a global
leader in buyback and trade-in services, working with the world's premier mobile
manufacturers, operators and retailers. Brightstar acquired MPX in September
2012. The rebranding to Brightstar Buyback and Trade-in Europe reflects the

The rebranding initiative will not impact current operations with operator and
retailer customers. The Mobile Phone Xchange name will be replaced with
Brightstar Buyback and Trade-in on customer and partners' buy-back portals.

sense to keep it a familiar name and site in place for consumers seeking to
trade-in their used devices," added Walters.
