HAMBORNER REIT AG - Change in the Supervisory Board
Duisburg, August 12, 2010 - There has been a change to the Supervisory
Board of HAMBORNER REIT AG. The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
Dr. Marc Weinstock, has resigned as of July 31, 2010.
Dr. David Mbonimana (34) was legally appointed his successor on August 3,
2010. At the meeting held on August 12, 2010 the Supervisory Board elected
Dr. Mbonimana Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as well as Chairman
of the Audit Committee. Furthermore, he was elected a member of the General
Committee and the Nomination Committee. Since April 1, 2010 Dr. Mbonimana
has been a member of the Executive Board at HSH Real Estate AG. He is
responsible for the Portfolio Management, Legal&Personnel, IT&Organisation and Compliance Divisions, as well as the subsidiary companies
LB Immo Invest und US Treuhand.
