Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Wu Baoyu has further
acquired 483,900 ordinary shares via an off market transaction.
Arising thereof, Mr Wu Baoyu has increased his shareholding in the Company
from 6,200,000 to 6,683,900 ordinary shares.
