Incap's financial reporting and annual general meeting in the year 2014

INCAP'S FINANCIAL REPORTING AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN THE YEAR 2014
Incap Corporation changes its reporting practice and will publish in the year
2014 - instead of quarterly interim reports - the interim management statement
and interim report for the six month periods of the year. The reason for the
change is the company's need to lighten its administration. The company's market
capitalization enables the change in reporting practice. The 6-month-reporting
is estimated to fulfil the investors' need for sufficient information based on
the even characteristics of the company's business.
Incap will publish in the year 2014 the following financial reports:
· financial statements for the year 2013 on Tuesday, 25 February 2014
· annual report for 2013 during week 12/2014 (week commencing on 17 March)
· interim management statement for 1 January-15 May 2014 on Thursday, 15 May
2014
· interim report according to IAS 34 for January-June 2014 on Thursday, 31 July
2014
· interim management statement for 1 January-13 November 2014 on Thursday, 13
November 2014.
Incap's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 10 April in Helsinki.
Incap continues to publish the financial reports at the Group level. The company
does not have any operational or geographical segments that should be reported
separately.
All the financial information will be published in Finnish and in English.

Incap will follow a silent period of two weeks and will not comment on the
company's results or be in contact with capital market representatives during a
period of two weeks prior to the publication of financial statements, interim
management statements or interim reports.
