Chief Financial Officer Rune Gjessing leaves Norske Skog

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Rune Gjessing has been employed by Norske Skog
since 2002, and has been a member of the corporate management since 2007. He has
been responsible for strategy, investor relations and for the business units
outside Europe.
- I have worked with major change processes and many complex transactions.
Norske Skog is now more focused around its business systems, and therefore, time
is now ripe to explore other challenges after many years in the same company,
says Rune Gjessing.

experience in a number of key tasks within the group over the last 10 years has
been vital for the group's work on adaptation and innovation. I want to thank
