Xianburg Announces Q3 Financial Results and Quarterly Filings
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/13 -- Xianburg Data Systems Canada Corporation (the "Company") announced that the Company has filed its Interim Financial Results and Management Discussion & Analysis for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 pursuant to the requirements of the applicable securities laws. These filings maybe viewed on the Company's website or at .
On October 28, 2013, the Company held its Annual Meeting ("Meeting") and is pleased to announce that all resolutions brought before the Meeting were passed by the shareholders. The three directors elected to serve for the ensuing year were Jingping Dong, Ping Huang and Qiao Song. There was no other business brought forward at the meeting.
On November 14, 2013, the Company submitted applications to British Columbia Securities Commission and Alberta Securities Commission for Full Revocation of the cease trade order issued by them.
