(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/25/13 -- Royal Oak Ventures Inc. (CNSX: ROV)(CNSX: ROV.B) ("Royal Oak") is pleased to announce that it has mailed to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 18, 2013, a management information circular and related materials in connection with the special meeting of holders of common shares and non-voting shares (collectively "Royal Oak Shares") of Royal Oak to be held on December 19, 2013 to consider a special resolution (the "Resolution") to approve an amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of Royal Oak and 2395914 Ontario Inc. ("Holdco").
Should the Resolution be passed and the Amalgamation completed, holders of Royal Oak Shares (other than Holdco, its affiliates and any dissenting shareholders) will be eligible to receive $0.15 for each Royal Oak Share held prior to the Amalgamation.
