Incorrect information in the Finnish press concerning Talvivaara's application
for corporate reorganisation
Due to incorrect information in the Finnish press, Talvivaara Mining Company
Plc. ("Talvivaara") announces that there has been one withdrawal from the
support, by Nyrstar Sales and Marketing AG, to the application for corporate
reorganisation by Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd. The Espoo District Court has received
no other withdrawals.
Talvivaara continues assessing the situation in good cooperation with the Espoo
District Court.
