Olaf Schulz appointed new CFO of STILL GmbH (news with additional features)

Wiesbaden/Hamburg, 26 November 2013 - The Supervisory Board of STILL GmbH
has appointed Olaf Schulz (46) to the STILL Management Board for four years
with effect from 1 January 2014. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) he will
be responsible for Finance, Controlling and IT. Olaf Schulz succeeds
Nikolaus Michelsen (36), who is stepping down from the Management Board of
STILL GmbH with effect from 31 December 2013 at his own request, after more
than six successful years at various KION Group companies, in order to
pursue new challenges outside the Group.
Olaf Schulz was previously Head of Group Controlling at KION Material
Handling GmbH, a role he had held successfully since 2007. Between 1995 and
2006, he worked in various managerial functions in finance departments at
companies of the mg technologies group, most recently as Head of Group
Controlling at mg technologies ag. 2006 and 2007 Olaf Schulz supported GEA
Group AG as an advisor in the sales process of its plant engineering
business. Olaf Schulz studied economics at the University of Bremen.
